Spacious Rooms

I had a great stay at Meadowcliff Lodge. Our room was large and roomy, with a spacious bathroom that had excellent lighting. The ceiling fan and efficient AC kept the room comfortable. Plus, the sliding glass door led to a lovely patio area where I could relax outside.

Great for Kids

The lodge offers fantastic children's amenities, including a nice playground with swings and rocking horses for the little ones. My kids had a blast playing tetherball and volleyball on the grassy area. It was a perfect way for them to enjoy the outdoors.

Clean and Well-Lit Bathrooms

The bathroom in our room was really good! It was very clean, well-lit, and had great water pressure for both the shower and the tub. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness and hygiene, which made my stay much more enjoyable.

Relaxing Pool Area

The pool at Meadowcliff Lodge was a wonderful spot for leisure. It was very nice, clean, and heated, making it refreshing even on cooler days. I spent enjoyable afternoons lounging by the pool with family, soaking up the sun and relaxing.

Our visit to COLEVILLE / WALKER KOA was mostly a great experience. The campground is very clean and well-kept, and the amenities offered added to our enjoyment. The staff was incredibly helpful, but we had a troubling incident that significantly impacted our stay. Despite the wonderful surroundings, we felt let down by the lack of support during a serious situation with a nearby fire, and it left us uncomfortable overall.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this resort. While the location surrounded by stunning cliffs was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and clean, some aspects like the service from the managers could use significant improvement. The noise from the air conditioner was disruptive at times, and unfortunately, there weren’t dining options nearby. Overall, it’s a quiet getaway if you're looking for a peaceful retreat, but certain conveniences were lacking.

My stay had some highs and lows. The facilities are well-maintained and there are some really helpful staff members who went out of their way to assist me. However, my experience was overshadowed by a serious fire nearby, which made our stay uncomfortable and daunting. When I tried to discuss compensation with management due to the circumstances, their lack of compassion was disheartening.

I had a wonderful experience at this KOA. The setting is beautiful with fantastic amenities, and the owners went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and offered stunning views, but I did find it a little surprising that late check-in wasn’t an option, which could be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re planning on exploring the nearby lakes and hiking trails.
